Practice Details
Seeking a BE/BC Hematologist/Oncologist to join a thriving, integrated healthcare system.
Enjoy an outpatient-focused practice with hours of 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, offering an excellent work-life balance.
Comprehensive cancer services with Radiation Oncology and an outpatient infusion center located in the same building.
Collaborative, multidisciplinary team includes nurse navigation, social services, financial counseling, and advanced practice provider support.
Manage a balanced case mix of approximately 50% hematology and 50% oncology.
Average 15–18 patients per day with supervision of one Advanced Practice Provider.
Strong research infrastructure supporting participation in both commercial and academic clinical trials.
Opportunity to participate in outreach clinics serving underserved communities, if desired.
Provide oncology consultation for hospitalized patients admitted to the Hospitalist service; no responsibility for supervising inpatient chemotherapy.
EPIC EMR with integrated NCCN chemotherapy regimen templates.
1:5 call rotation.
Practice structure and schedule designed to provide a strong work-life balance while maintaining access to comprehensive oncology resources and support.
Compensation Details
Starting salary of $600,000
Opportunity to earn in the 90th%tile
