HIS: Above $125,000 | Audiologist: Above $175,000

Corpus Christi ENT Sinus & Allergy with Advanced Hearing Aid and Diagnostics is hiring one Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our established, growing ENT practice. Work with an established patient base and referral network, collaborate directly with our ENT team, and enjoy professional autonomy backed by clinical and administrative support.
Compensation & Benefits
- Audiologist: Expected annual compensation above $175,000, combining base salary and performance bonuses.
- Hearing Instrument Specialist: Expected annual compensation above $125,000, combining base salary and performance bonuses.
- Currently employed? We are willing to negotiate compensation that meets or exceeds your current package.

Your Role
Responsibilities will reflect your credentials and licensed scope of practice:
- Evaluate hearing and communication needs and counsel patients on appropriate hearing solutions.
- Select, fit, program, and verify hearing aids.
- Provide follow-up care, adjustments, troubleshooting, and patient education.
- Coordinate care with the ENT team and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Develop lasting patient relationships and support program growth through ethical recommendations and excellent care.
- Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations—including pure-tone and speech audiometry and tympanometry/immittance testing—as permitted by your credentials and licensed scope of practice, interpret findings within that scope, and collaborate with the ENT physician on patient management.
Who We're Looking For
An Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist with appropriate professional education and Texas licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting. Strong communication, initiative, teamwork, and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential.
