Overview

Always Sunny Golf, a premium indoor golf facility in Lewisville, is seeking experienced golf instructors to join our team. Instructors will teach in a professional environment utilizing Golfzon simulators and have opportunities to grow their student base while participating in clinics, events, and programs.

Flexible schedules are available, with opportunities for instructors to work part or full-time and take on primary teaching responsibilities depending on experience and commitment.

Experience Required

Qualifications

• PGA / LPGA certification preferred but not required

• 3+ years of teaching experience preferred

• Experience using Golfzon, TrackMan, FlightScope, or Foresight technology and ability to interpret data

• Strong understanding of swing mechanics and modern golf instruction

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Professional, reliable, and motivated attitude

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality golf instruction to players of all skill levels through private lessons, group lessons, and clinics

• Develop personalized lesson plans based on student goals, skill level, and performance data

• Utilize simulator technology (Golfzon and launch monitor data) to analyze swing mechanics and improve student performance

• Maintain a professional and welcoming learning environment for all students

• Manage scheduling, communication, and relationships with personal students

• Promote lessons, clinics, and programs to help grow personal student base within the facility

• Support facility events, instructional programs, and promotional activities when applicable

• Maintain professionalism and represent Always Sunny Golf in a positive manner
