Maple Branch Craft Brewery – Fort Worth, TX

Maple Branch Craft Brewery is a 550 BBL/year production brewery in Fort Worth, TX with plans to expand to 1,000 BBL within the next two years. We are seeking a Senior Brewer & Cellar Lead to join our production team and help execute, refine, and scale our brewing operations.
Maple Branch was named Texas Brewery of the Year (2024) and in 2025 earned two GABF Silver Medals for our English Brown Ale and Russian Imperial Stout. Our program is built on fermentation discipline, process consistency, and respect for classic styles.
This role is ideal for an experienced brewer from a quality-driven, award-focused brewery who wants meaningful responsibility, creative collaboration, and long-term growth — while working within a clear creative leadership structure.

What You’ll Do
Execute wort production on a 7 BBL brewhouse
Lead day-to-day cellar operations, including:
o CIP/SIP of fermenters, brite tanks, and brewhouse vessels
o Yeast harvesting, management, and fermentation performance
o Dry hopping, fining, carbonation, and beer movement
Monitor fermentations and maintain accurate production records
Assist in creating and maintaining the production schedule
Support and help run bottling days, including:
o Production prep and coordination
o Ensuring carbonation and QA targets are met
o Assisting with troubleshooting and post-run cleanup
Contribute to SOP development and system refinement as production scales
Collaborate on recipe development and pilot batches
(Final creative and brand decisions remain with the Head Brewer)

Who We’re Looking For
3+ years of professional brewing and/or cellar experience
Experience at a quality-focused brewery
(GABF / World Beer Cup program background strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of fermentation science, yeast health, and sanitation
Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Comfortable in a physically demanding production environment
Collaborative mindset with respect for clear creative leadership
Forklift experience a plus (not required)

Compensation & Benefits
$60,000–$75,000 salary (DOE)
