We focus on aligning people, processes, and systems so that change is not only implemented, but embraced, measured, and continuously improved across the organization. ________________________________________ *Role Narrative* This role specifically will support our Customer Centricity Strategy with the focus on Customer Journey Transformation. Customer Journeys play a critical role in bringing our care delivery transformation to life by serving as 1 holistic group called the Customer Experience Office which contains Customer Journeys, Human Centered Research & Design & Change Management. The role of an OD Consultant ensures that redesigned journeys, digital tools, and new workflows are not just built, but adopted, understood, and sustained across the organization. This role will work to ensure a one-system approach across the enterprise, which will include employee engagement, strategy and goal planning, and organization assessment and design. So if you enjoy simplifying complexity, partnering across functions, and helping people navigate change, this role is an excellent match. *What This Role Is All About * • Lead the people side of change: Help teams understand what's changing, why it matters, and how to adopt new ways of working. • Support digital and workflow adoption: Translate journey maps, digital tools, and redesigned processes into clear, actionable steps for frontline teams. • Partner across the organization: o Work closely with Medical Group, Digital Health Office, Product & Solutions, Clinical Operations (ambulatory + inpatient), IS, and other System Partners. Your role ensures changes are aligned, sequenced, and reinforced. • Improve the customer experience: Your work directly impacts how patients learn about their care, schedule appointments, follow-up on their care, pay bills, check in into appointments, receive additional care and engage from home. ________________________________________ *Benefits* Our benefits are designed to help you live well no matter where you are on your journey.
