All Valley Animal Care Center is an emergency and specialty hospital located in the community it serves, focusing on emergency medicine, critical care, and specialty referral services. Experience & Skills Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.
- State Veterinary Board License: active and in good standing for the state of intended employment, obtained before start date
- Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
- Experience in emergency medicine, including work experience, small animal rotating, or emergency internships required.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking motivated Dr.’s who want to be in a high-quality medical environment.
We are looking for Dr’s that:
- Build relationships with colleagues, clients, and support staff to ensure a compassionate and collaborative work environment.
- Motivated to foster a learning environment for colleagues, support staff, veterinary students visiting the hospital, and emergency critical care interns.
- Triage and facilitate treatment plans for emergency patients.
- Continue care of specialty patients who are hospitalized overnight and on weekends.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
- Provide clear and complete communication to clients and support staff.
- Communicate with referral partners (verbally and with referral letters)
- Maintain a positive and supportive work culture.
- Support the hospital's Fear-Free culture and commitment.
Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL model. Full-time range starting at $180,000-$250,000/year, with a sign-on bonus up to $50,000 and up to $30,000 relocation allowance. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
